«"Era": un nome che richiamava già al tempo, il 2010, il fil rouge dello spazio che stava nascendo: energia, dignita femminile, capace di abbattere i limiti. Era Studio Apartment Gallery, questo il nome che Patrizia Tenti progettò a Milano grazie all’intuizione architettonica e artistica che aveva maturato, oggi si sdoppia, sempre in via Palermo, nell’Era Gallery per l’arte contemporanea tra artisti emergenti e personalità da rimettere in gioco e nell’Era Design Gallery sempre per il design da collezione. In una vecchia scuderia a piano terra e una terrazza con giardino, Patrizia ha deciso di dare alla luce Era Gallery. Sarà l’artista di Los Angeles Katja Farin a inaugurarla, il 15 settembre. Con una mostra monografica a cura di Silvia Bignami e Giorgio Zanchetti, KF presenta il frutto del lavoro di anni addietro e più recenti, con un unico focus: le relazioni, l’identità. Nelle sue opere vedremo l’arte trasformare tutto anche quello che la realtà non riesce a cambiare: i colori diventano il mezzo che porta fuori le figure dall’isolamento, i disegni il vettore di emozioni piuttosto che di classificazioni di genere. “Growth in absence” ne è uno straordinario esempio e sarà anche il fulcro dello stand del’íartista per Miart (17-19 settembre). Mentre Katja preparava la sua mostra per Era Gallery, rifletteva sul fatto che quando si ha l’impressione di perdere qualcosa, in realtà dobbiamo solo fare la fatica di trasformarlo. Evolverci: come ha fatto Patrizia con la nuova Era. Per questo si rivelerà uno spazio capace di dare voce all’ arte di questo pensiero.
